We all know Jay leno is one of the biggest car nuts on the planet with cars ranging from a Duesenburg to Bugattis and steam powered cars. Obviously, he wants to keep his collection running, which, of course, can be quite difficult with all the super-exclusive cars he owns. You can't go to the shop and buy parts of the shelve. Parts have to be made from scratch.

Car stickers for Goodwood’s annual Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival have become a regular sight over the years, placed in the rear windows of motor sport enthusiasts’ vehicles. This year, motorists displaying the Goodwood motor sport event stickers in their cars may have their enthusiasm rewarded with the chance of winning tickets to the Festival of Speed and/or Revival if their vehicle is spotted. So put one on yer window and wait for the one chance in a million.

No oldtimer festival at the 'Ring

Another great event for classic cars in Germany has been cancelled. The event was enthusiastically presented at the end of December to take place in middle of May. Though, due to problems attracting enough entries organiser DAMC 05 decided to pull plug for the first time in 27 years.

No Jim Clark revival at Hockenheim

Motorsport season 2009 hasn’t even started and already there is some unpleasent news. The Jim Clark Revival in May has been cancelled as it clashed with the DTM at the Hockenheimring. After the reshuffling of the dates it was not possible to find a free slot for the Jim Clark Revival, this was due to some other reasons.

New Porsche museum takes shape

Construction of the new Porsche museum at Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, continues to make good progress. Interior work on the second floor is largely finished, allowing the first twelve exhibition vehicles to be wheeled in last week. By now, the relocation of all 80 exhibits to the new museum should be completed.
