Finally I had a day off and had some time to browse the ebay pages for some interesting bargains or special cars. 4 cars really made me having difficulty not touching the bid now button; a Ford, a Talbot, a cadillac Zagato and a TVR..

A ford? Really? Well it wasn't an ordinary Ford but an RS200. This ex-rallycross car has some interesting history with many podium finishes and an entry in the 1990 Pikes Peak rally. Now with an 740bhp Cossy engine it has quite some oomph. Many bidders thought the same and eventually the auction ended at 109,000 pounds. From the same seller there is a stunning prototype Cadillac NART Zagato. The auction is still going so click on the link and join the bidding. Yet again from the same Belgium seller is this near mint Talbot Lotus Sunbeam which is 2 owners from new, 65000 kms and has always been garaged in a heated garage under a cloth.

The real bargain of this week must be this TVR Vixen from 1970 which is for sale in the UK. It's a non-runner but the condition of the car seems to be quite good as it's an abandoned project with no gearbox but with an already installed roll-over bar. Could this be your next race car?
